Do You Have To Worry About Wireless Bandwidth In Your Office?

The short answer is Yes! A wireless network is now a necessity in most offices. At first it was there to make it easier for laptops to be moved to any place in the office and still be able to access resources and the Internet. But here’s what’s amazing. Your iPhones and iPads and Android devices are winning.

Less than two years ago Mac and Windows traffic accounted for 64% of the wireless traffic while iOS (iphone) accounted for 32% and the Android with only 1%. And now Android and iOS account for 58% of the total wireless traffic. The iPad accounts for much of this upward shift.
