It’s been almost a year since the deadliest single tornado in the country twisted through Joplin; destroying 8,000 homes and businesses, and costing nearly $3 billion in damage. Just after Joplin was hit, I knew that it was up to us to recover data and network functionality for our medical clients so they had ability to properly care for the thousands of patients and to have access to all their medical records. Our facility itself was gone so we worked out of my house and I’m proud to say SNC Squared had all of its clients’ networks and data up, running, and recovered in 72 business hours.
